Teenage superstar Miley Cyrus made dreams come true for a group of terminally ill children by organising a meeting with them in Los Angeles.The Hannah Montana star took a break from a concert rehearsal to spent time with 14 sick kids, who were flown to Hollywood on Monday (18Apr11) by the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a non-profit organisation which grants trips for patients with life-threatening medical conditions.

The children enjoyed four days in California visiting tourist attractions, riding in stretch limousines and enjoying a trip to Universal Studios.Six-year-old Kayden Peets, who was diagnosed with leukaemia last year (10), insists the highlight of the trip was meeting her hero Cyrus - and having a break from her studies.

Peets says, "I was so excited because I get to miss four days of school."

We can't blame ya, Miley! We're pumped for it too!

After being surprisingly uninterested in Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding for quite some time, Miley Cyrus has finally caught the bug, and now she's got royal wedding fever...big time!

According to Ms. Cyrus, she loves the idea of being a flower girl, and she's thinking their dresses are likely to be A-MAZING!

Apparently, Miley's enthusiasm for the royal wedding stemmed from an in-depth article she read recently in a fashion mag about the event. She's also said that her recent visit to London got her excited for the wedding as well.

Billy Ray Cyrus nick named his daughter "Smiley" when she was younger (which ultimately lead to the shortened "Miley"), but by the looks of this picture, Miley Cyrus was anything but!

In the pic - taken in 1995 when Miley was the ripe old age of 2 - it looks like little Miles was having a bit of a tantrum as she hung out with her Grandma at one her dad's shows at Nashville's Wildhorse Saloon. We wonder what caused the mini-meltdown?Maybe she was just taking a note from dad and trying to warm up her vocal pipes? Although Miley's Grandma Loretta Finely did admit to the now 18-year-old singer as being a "handful."

Miley Cyrus likes to dress up, when she can keep her clothes on that is. She could crack a whip in her latest outfit. She poses in skintight black latex, looking every bit the dominatrix.

The latest photo to hit the Internet follows a racy photo that Miley Tweeted of herself over the social media site only a month after rejoining Twitter, supposedly to promote her upcoming tour.

That photo shows Miley wearing a thin, lace spaghetti-strap top that exposes about half of her underarm tattoo.

"Rocking piggy tails for the first time since like 6th grade! I love summer time," she Tweeted with the photo.

Miley quit Twitter in a huff last year, abandoning more than two million fans, after claiming she wanted to keep her private life private.

She's left behind her squeaky clean image from her Hannah Montana Disney days and has been exploring different looks and attitudes in her music.

Last week, she appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show and duetted with hard rocker Joan Jett.

The 18-year-old singer seems determined to push the envelope on her career to avoid getting left behind by Lady Gaga, Ke$ha, Katy Perry and other pop stars.

Miley however, is blurring the line on her music and no longer easily fits either the pop or country genre.

Where she ends up is anyone's guess

She acknowledged recently that she's bypassing the United States on her current tour because she doesn't feel there is enough support for it.

Miley is getting ready to head out on her Gypsy Heart Tour, which will take her to South America for the first time and then to Australia over the summer.
